Here at Icon Management we have been involved in the construction process for over thirty years, the company was formed in 2003 to undertake project and Building site management for clients working in both the commercial and residential sectors, Based in Ilfracombe, North Devon we offer services throughout Devon, North Cornwall and West Somerset and are happy to provide whatever level of service you may require from full project management to advising on how best to proceed when "going it alone".
Every building project is different and they all have their problems, these problems can be greatly reduced, or avoided all together, if spotted early and the appropriate action taken, the years of experience that we have enable us to anticipate and resolve potential problems reducing the adverse affect they can have on the overall cost and timing of the project.
We have recently been called upon by a former client to clarify the build process and responsibilities of the various parties involved in a commercial new build project, the client was concerned about what they perceived as a lack of control and spiralling costs, this has been successfully resolved for that client the costs have been controlled and all parties are in agreement with the outcome, this was achieved using the common sense approach and negotiating skills that have been honed over the years, as a result of this we would be happy to help with the resolution of any dispute in which a neutral opinion could be helpful.
